This spring, car insurance provider 1^ST CENTRAL will open a new office in Manchester to complement its Haywards Heath head office and call centre in Glasgow. The development will initially create 150 new jobs in the area with plans to grow in the future.
 
The opening of the Manchester office, based in Exchange Quay, a regenerated area of Salford Quays, will expand the geographic footprint of the Counter Fraud Services (CFS) and Claims teams and the business as a whole, with jobs available in both divisions, as well as in IT, HR and Facilities.
 
The opening of the Manchester office will strengthen our CFS and Claims operations functions to provide an improved and even more efficient service to customers and support the planned growth of the business for 2016 and beyond.
